Gandini Race sprockets are a top of the range product, made in steel alloy, with hard burnishing and superfinishing treatment. The production process is completed using CNC machines with numerical control and with all of their experience coming from the metal working world. Gandini not only provides sprockets for top, world-level race teams, they also manufacture transmission gears for these teams, giving them a unique understanding of the technologies used.

Before commercialization, they are tested using a specialized testing software, they guarantee net lightening of the transmission and resistance to intense stresses. Recommended for those who want to have high-performance components on their motorcycle, improving the mechanics of the transmission and therefore the overall performance.

All sprockets are 520 pitch.

These Italian-made sprockets are machined of the highest grade steel alloys (18NICRMO5), superfinished, burnished and are some of the same units we use on our Superbike Unlimited V4 R, YZF-R1, ZX-10RR race bikes. Each sprocket is engineered to achieve maximum lightness and strength.

Advantages of the superfinishing treatment:
• Reduction of friction;
• Reduction of wear;
• Greater smoothness;
• Increased life of the detail.
