All Core Moto brake lines are manufactured in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty against leaks, breaks, ruptures, or any failure of function. Warranty replacements are straightforward—simply return the damaged line to Core Moto USA for inspection, and we’ll replace it with a new line in the same color as the original. Each Core Moto line is custom-built to order and typically ships within a few business days.

  Our line fitment has been tried and trued on race bikes over the years.
  If your bike is properly prepped for the track it will not have horns, OEM shrouds, brackets and other items that will get in the way of our race line fitment. DO NOT order these lines for Streetbikes.
   

This Kits DOES NOT include WORKS 360 Specific 0-2000PSI AIM Pressure sensor for Data logging. Must be purchased separately.

• Choose your bike.
• Choose your colors.
• Choose the master cylinder: Top line bend angles, lengths and bolt thread pitches will be different for OEM and aftermarket master cylinders. OEM Brembo meaning: An OEM Brembo master cylinder with a bottom facing brake line connection. Only choose this option if you are using a Brembo master that was OEM equipment on a bike. EXCEPTION: 2016+ ZX10 may have come with M10x1.25 or M10x1.0 thread pitches at the caliper or master from the factory. There is no reliable data to determine what your bike actually came with. We have seen both thread pitches on every year model. It is best to check the actual threads of the OEM bolts on your bike to be certain.

• Choose top line length: Core Moto already accounts for all needed length based on factory equipment on a race prepped bike. However you have changed your clip on / bars in a way that the relation and height of the master is altered, you will need to account for this. If no change is needed choose (Keep Core Moto spec length)

• Choose added length of lower lines: Core Moto already accounts for all needed length based on factory equipment on a race prepped bike. However if you have added length to or shortened your forks, this will need to be accounted for. If no change is needed choose (Keep Core Moto spec length) Note: if you are using aftermarket calipers, you will need to provide us with info about your calipers so we can assist you.

• The open port in the manifold is available with choice of M1x1.0 threaded port or 1/8-NPT. M10x1.0 must be the type of sensor that is sealed with a copper crush washer or O-Ring.
