Shipments and returns

We do ship internationally, please contact us if you are interested in placing an order and are located outside of the continental US.

In-stock items are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with  insurance included, with signature waived. UPS or USPS are also available, with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or USPS with a signature required, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with information to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you wish to add insurance to your order, contact us after placing your order and we will apply and bill you for the requested insurance amount.

All products are inspected and carefuly packaged before shipment. We are only responsible for ensuring that your product is intact and amply wrapped and packaged. If a product is damaged upon arrival, we assume no liability for this. All products shipped via FedEx have a minimum of 100$ insurance added.

We offer hassle-free returns on in stock items. Items must be in new, unopened or unused condition to be eligible for return. Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are not issued on services such as ECU flashing, all sales are final. Actual shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that these charges may vary from the shipping fee paid when ordering.
